We’re proud to have been involved in the delivery of a new teaching and collaboration space for CATCH at Stallingborough which formally opened this week.

CATCH is a hub for industry engagement and skills development to support hydrogen technology, carbon capture and renewable energy technology across the Humber, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire regions.

The project provides an expansion of the existing facility to include a new multi-purpose lecture and conference theatre, collaboration space, an immersive VR/AR learning suite and offices.

The development was designed as an expansion to an existing office building on the site. The design included a full internal and external refurbishment of the existing building, integrated into the new teaching and conference space.

The scheme was delivered alongside Lindum Construction as the first phase of a wider vision to expand the teaching facility at CATCH.

Unanimous planning approval secured for the regeneration of Gillingham Gas Works.

A big night at committee.

A heavily contaminated brownfield riverside site will now be transformed into a sustainable waterfront neighbourhood, delivering:

• 500 homes
• 140-bed later living
• 20,000 sqft foodstore
• SGN training, office & depot facility
• 16,000 sqft commercial/retail space
• Extensive public realm & waterfront access
• New sailing clubhouse for Segas Sailing Club

The scheme will also fully remediate the historic gas works site and repair the failing sea wall — unlocking a key waterfront location and supporting the wider regeneration of Medway.

Huge congratulations to Blueberry Homes and the wider consultant team on getting this complex brownfield regeneration over the line.

WORK COMPLETES ON MAJOR RESIDENTIAL SCHEME IN EDGWARE

Premier Place brings new homes and retail space to Edgware, sitting alongside the Broadwalk Shopping Centre. Built on a fully regenerated brownfield site the scheme gives new life to a historic location.

Designed for Sovereign Network Group and delivered by Stack London, the development includes 124 homes across four buildings, with a mix of Shared Ownership, London Living Rent and London Affordable Rent. The tallest block rises to 17 storeys, featuring open balconies.

With ground-floor retail, undercroft parking, landscaped podium gardens, allotments, children’s play areas, and sustainable features including CHP and solar PV, Premier Place is designed for modern urban living.

Work is progressing well on site for the expansion of Primark at the White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds.

The project, on behalf of client Landsec and main contractor Lindum Group, will see the existing store double in size and is due for completion in 2027.

Construction has officially started on a transformational mixed-use development in Grimsby which is being led by and delivered by GMI Construction Group with providing Landscape Architecture services and Harris Project Management supporting the ongoing transformation of Freshney Place in the role of CDM Principal Designer Advisor.

We’re pleased to be delivering this project, which when complete in 2027, will deliver a new five-screen cinema, leisure space, food and beverage outlets as well as a food hall and market.

The development is the cornerstone of the Council’s long-term regeneration vision and is transforming a former shopping centre into a vibrant, new destination for the town.

Tuesday marked the opening of the new Aldi store in Broomhouse, Glasgow, the first store in Scotland designed and delivered by our newest office in Edinburgh.

Representing Scotland’s first “Store of the Future” concept, this contemporary building delivers a 14,500sqft retail space in Glasgow’s East End between the Baillieston and Mount Vernon rail stations, offering a more convenient shopping option for Broomhouse residents.

And the winner is....

On Thursday evening our THP team headed to the Connect Yorkshire 2025 Business Awards at AMT Headingley Rugby Stadium, where they picked up the title and trophy for Large Business of the year (51+ employees).

The award recognises a Yorkshire success story, and so we are thrilled to be announced as the winner. The last 12 months have seen us not only perform well as a business but also deliver significant team growth with our expansion into Scotland and continue to work on projects in Yorkshire and nationally that have an impact beyond just the built environment but economically and socially.
