A bathroom we recently completed in Walton, Wakefield. Love the look of this now completed and the customer is over the moon. We work closely with the plumber on this job and regularly take on similar full bathroom projects.

1st Team Result: Armthorpe Welfare 0-3 Hall Green Utd!!!

The lads put in a heroic performance to advance to the second round of the County Cup, by beating Armthorpe Welfare in last nights match.

Against the odds, all involved can be proud of a victory which will hopefully kick start a stuttering season.

The first half was tense with Armthorpe finding pockets of space and creating problems in midfield. However, Green, who were playing a different system, weathered the storm and defended valiantly. Elliott Lightowler produced an exceptional save when the Armthorpe striker found himself through on goal. It was left back, Joe Zipfel, who popped up with a wonder strike from 35 yards out catching the keeper off his line.

In the second half, United battled and held off an advancing Welfare side. Only a few minutes in, United countered and Diogo Hopffer calmly slotted the ball away with his left foot into the bottom corner. Shortly afterwards, in the 54th minute, Ryan Barker who was having an exceptional game composed himself to take a free-kick just outside the box, driving the ball into the bottom left corner of the goal making it 3-0.

It was a brilliant performance from every player, but it was the captain, Sean Jesson, who claimed Man of the Match for his bravery and leadership. Sean is proudly sponsored by SJ Tiling—their phone must be ringing off the hook right now!

McDermott and Smailes were full of praise for the lads, who showed not only spirit, fight, and determination but also real quality in the final third. The standard has now been set—and the team will be looking to maintain this level moving forward.
