A variety of work from the last couple of weeks.
An Ash bespoke toilet unit manufactured to match the damaged existing one, for a house in Leeds. All ready to be spray finished in white.
An Accoya Georgian window made and fitted for a house in Leeds. Using heritage slim line double glazed units with it being in a conservation area.
A Beech school reception screen, designed and manufactured to form a secure space for the staff and to keep the room warm. With a sliding window to communicate with visitors.
An Idigbo imitation sliding sash window manufactured to match out customers existing ones for a house in Wakefield. With top opening sashes and stained finish in Sikkens light oak.

A recently manufactured and installed solid Ash cut string staircase for a client in Sandal, Wakefield.
Our client didn’t really know what would look best in their new home, so we worked together to produce this period style design with a modern twist of metal balustrade and glass panels to the upper landing level.
An Ash door, casing and under stairs panel was added to form additional storage. The moulding on the door and panel was made exactly to match existing moulding they have in their home.

This will now be clear lacquered to protect the wood and enhance the finish by Thornes French Polishers.
All the installation was completed by Tony Everett ( Joinery ). 07764790404
The metal spindles and glass panels supplied and fitted by other contractors.

A few busy weeks at the workshop getting everything ready for the end of the year.
From Accoya windows, doors and frames, revamped Ash stair balustrade and lots of staircases.

Front and rear replacement door sets for a repeat customer in Harrogate.
Manufactured from Accoya, with high security multi point door locks, 3 star cylinders, matt bronze door handles and hinges, ‘A’ rated double glazed toughened units to both doors, in Flemish and reeded designs to match some existing glass in their property.
Spray finished in satin Anthracite.

One of our favourite door sets of the year manufactured and fitted last week for a client in Leeds. A wide entrance door with matching side lights all made out of Accoya and spray finished in the stunning Farrow & Ball Pantalon by Gary & Mark at Thornes French Polishers.
With ‘A’ rated double glazed units, high performance security locks and classic antique door furniture.
All our products are made to our customers individual requirements in our own workshop by fully qualified craftsmen.

Some various shaped work from the last couple of weeks.
An Accoya front entrance door and doorframe manufactured and fitted for a customer in Wakefield. Using a high performance slam shut door lock and security cylinder, chrome ironmongery and spray finished in satin black for the door and white for the doorframe.

A curved head window manufactured and fitted to replace and match the existing. Made from redwood with a primed finish ready for our customers decorator to finish. Double glazed ‘A’ rated glass with square leads.

The last one was a nice little challenge for us. A replacement sash for above an entrance doorframe that had to match the original. Made from redwood with a primed finish ready to be painted. Glass to match the existing was added after installation by our customer.

We can manufacture and install any shape and size bespoke joinery, from new ideas and designs or to replicate any existing work.

Here’s a few of the things we have recently manufactured and installed, showing the variety of bespoke products we can produce.

A straight flight, open tread Accoya staircase and balustrade, to gain access to a newly built seating area above a garage. All ready to be stained by our customer.

A new hardwood entrance doorframe with sidelights and an Accoya door for a pub in York city centre. Made exactly to match the original. With a primed finish ready to be painted by our client’s contractors once installed.

A recently manufactured Accoya door and frame for a customer in Harrogate. Working to our customers design and specification to produce this traditional style entrance door and frame. With a high security multi point locking system and Antique brass ironmongery. Spray finished in Farrow & Balls stunning Inchyra blue for the door and pure satin white for the frame and architrave.
The glass was designed and made to replicate an original piece in an existing window.

A recent manufacture and installation of four softwood Georgian sliding sash windows for a pub in Scarborough. With bottom opening sashes for fire escape and fitted with opening restricters for safety. Brass ironmongery adding to the classic style of the windows. These were ordered with a primed finish ready to be painted by our customers decorators once installed.

We can manufacture any shape and style sliding sash window in various timber options, either modern style with all draught seals or to match existing windows for listed buildings and conservation areas.
