2x LARGE BEDROOM FIX (walls only)

Two large bedrooms with old flaky magnolia paint on every wall. New home owners were out of their depth when redecorating and did not know how to solve the issues so employed APEX to turn it around for them.
The old homeowner never primed the plastered walls before he applied the durable magnolia. Years later they must of been wallpapered over only to be revealed when the new homeowners came to redecorate by taking the wallpaper off.
As you can see from the pictures added the walls in both the rooms are now fit for purpose and the homeowner is
completely satisfied, she sent a fantastic reveiw which proudly shows our commitment and quality to any prospective customer.
It was certainly a job for an experienced , well equipped team, hard labour and high quality sanding system with the knowledge of materials and the skills to carry it through all played its part.
The photos were not taken by our team but they still adequately show the results.

2x BEDROOM REDECORATION

Here are the photos of 2 bedrooms in the same property as the previous HSL,LIVING AREA & KITCHEN WRAP JOBS
As stated it was initially booked in for the living room but once the customer saw the levels APEX P&D were achieving she rebooked for multiple tasks .
The bedrooms were again painted by WHG in magnolia walls, white ceilings and gloss woodwork but the standards were low and she was anxious /uncomfortable moving in.
Both rooms were completley prepped out even stripping the existing gloss off the woodwork, again uncovering solid pine underneath, all plastered surfaces again were sorted with fills and resanding.
Adequate primer/undercoat/ durable satin was applied to all wood. Ceilings were finished in high quality contract matt and the walls covered and completed with the customers choice of paper.
Customer over the moon and said it looks nothing like a WHG rental anymore .

Customers were so happy with the multiple rooms that were completed that they rebooked again (4th time)
On this opportunity they took advantage of his skills and had the bleak WHG kitchen doors wrapped in a lovely sage green colour vinyl wrap , the black handles were ordered from an online company and once complete , pulled together for a stunning and cost effective finish.

This is part of a multiple room job for a new WHG Tennant . The handover from the council left her distraught , but with a housing crisis she didn’t want to turn it down based on its awful condition but opted rather to call in outside professional help. There are not too many images of its original condition but take our word for it , it was as bad as it gets . The council didnt take there time to address any issues left by the previous Tennant they instead just painted layer after layer of old fashioned magnolia emulsion onto the walls. The council had to paint so thick on the walls but it was to hide the obvious stains, marks , dents and holes .
The woodwork had been again layered over in cheap white gloss with no care or real attention to detail.
We sanded every surface down multiple times and opted to “take off “ the gloss from the woodwork , to our delight the wood was the original pine from the initial build and was the shining light in a tired and dirty property. Woodwork is now like new after all filling , re-sanding , sealing , priming and repainting in high end durable white satin.
Ceilings had the relevant prep work and again painted in high quality white contract matt.
The walls had to have a lot of care and attention to detail to ensure good surface area to wallpaper.
Sockets , fixtures/fittings , upvc, trunking has all been cleaned and refitted to help maximise a total room overhaul.
Customer and family are surprised by the turn around and more than satisfied they rebooked all the major rooms in the property .

A WHG property which had been accepted by our client but had fell into disrepair. The whole flat needed a desperate makeover as the council had literally painted numerous layers of magnolia contract Matt straight over all the walls trying to hide all the problems, the holes and cracks had been filled with caulk 🙈The woodwork had been covered in cheap white gloss without undercoat/primer to hide not only the issues but also the foul smell of the previous remnants many dogs urine .ceilings were full of issues to many to mention but again just painted over in white contract Matt and hoped for the best.
As you can see from the video reel Apex have left no stone unturned and stripped the property back with a very intense preparation process including heat gun stripping , full dustless FESTOOL sanding of all surfaces , filled, resanded, caulked & sealed , primer, undercoat and beautiful durable satin for woodwork. The ceilings were painted in top grade contract Matt all finished with two types of wallpaper including feature wallpaper. The team also refitted various lengths of skirting board and trunking for the power cables.
Initially booked for one room but have now been happily satisfied customers have rebooked for the HSL and two large bedrooms , which is the biggest compliment to the efforts and care undertaken by APEX P & D.
