Garden ready for the summer

Fresh paint job and new kitchen before being rented out.

Hallway and landing given a fresh coat of paint. New carpet being installed this week will finish it off nicely. Great customers with endless cups of tea and coffee during the job and a box of chocolates once completed as a thank you.

Decorated living room and playroom after customers had a extension.

Complete this job last year. Old shower was installed upside down because the hot and cold pipe were the wrong way round. Waste was leaking so removed the base without damaging the wall tiles and installed a shower tray.

Customer wanted to replace damaged timber posts that had only been in for 5 years with concrete posts. The existing fence panels on the left and rear of the garden were fine and reused. New panels on the right to match.
