Mould and moisture is very common in wet rooms. In my opinion its best to use a matt finish as paint with a sheen level like gloss can trap the moisture behind and cause the paint to peel like this one.
In this case i scraped all the lose paint and sanded any edges. Next step is to seal the bare plaster, i used zinsser primer and used their mould resistant class 1 wet scrub rated paint as the top coat

We also sanded all the heavy brush and roller marks out the walls to leave a much sharper neater finish

Our Hackney job we finished a few weeks ago!
This was a returning customer, we painting this house around 8 years ago and it was well over due a freshen up!
Dulux diamond matt used on walls and the woodwork was finished in dulux eggshell 👏🏻
As always we spent the first day making sure all furniture flooring and hardware is protected and covered up. Swipe for before and afters

The difference between a Professional Painter and a DIY painter 🤦‍♂️
This might be the worse I’ve ever had to fix!
0 prepping, woodwork heavily filled and painted over, brush and roller marks everywhere, messy gapping 🚫🚫

Sometimes the cheaper quote might sound inviting but you pay with peanuts you get monkeys!! Often a professional will charge more to make things right as the damage is more time consuming to fix.

Nottinghill Gate exterior job for another returning customer.
The porous masonry had recurring issues with water marks, moss and mil-due making it very unpleasing on the eye.
MACS decorators recommended using an oil based exterior undercoat and gloss giving excellent coverage and protection from the elements.

Out house restoration complete! Turn around time 3 days🤩🤩
As you can see this timber decking and outhouse was looking rather weathered and run down.
We recommended this slate grey on the deck and we think it looks stunning in contrast with the white 🤩
