Bathroom ceiling restoration done right 👌
The old paint was peeling and failing due to moisture build-up, so I removed all loose and damaged coatings back to a solid surface before preparing and repainting the ceiling.
Finished using Zinsser Perma-White Matt — a mould resistant, moisture-resistant coating designed perfectly for bathrooms and high humidity areas.
Clean finish, durable protection, and no more peeling. ✅

Silicone Render Repair – completed for one of our returning clients ✅
Another project successfully delivered – this time a full repair and reinstatement of a silicone render system on a side elevation.
As shown in the photos 👇
➡️ initial condition – failed and delaminating render at DPC level
➡️ removal of all loose/damaged material back to a sound substrate
➡️ full preparation and protection of the working area
➡️ correct system build-up using Ceresit materials
➡️ clean, seamless final finish
Scope of works included: ✔️ hacking off defective render and removing old mesh
✔️ substrate preparation and priming
✔️ new base coat with reinforcing mesh
✔️ application of a full Ceresit system
✔️ silicone render finish carefully matched to existing facade
Areas close to ground level are always prone to moisture issues, so the key here is not a quick patch—but a proper system approach with correct materials and layering.
End result: ➡️ clean and uniform finish
➡️ long-term durability
➡️ protection against further moisture damage and delamination
