We are delighted to share that planning permission has now been granted for this substantial kitchen extension at a beautiful Edwardian home. This marks the final and largest phase of our clients’ renovation journey.

The approved scheme delivers a generous open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space with strong visual and physical connections to the garden, complemented by a snug, a ground-floor home office, and provision for a future gym. The design carefully balances contemporary family living with the character and proportions of the existing period property.

Here’s what’s coming:

On a damp and dreary Monday, we are more than happy to look back on some design highlights from this year. Our project in Cobham is one that we are incredibly proud of, as it boasts some unique architectural features throughout. The entrance hall is one that really packs a punch. From the imposing front door to the striking roof light, every element creates a beautifully light-filled space.

We're delighted to show you the rear elevations of our Claygate project - a property for which we received planning last week. This property is going to tick every box for the owners, with plans to increase the square footage from 1500 sq foot to 3,800 sq foot.

There is a considerable level drop down to the garden so we have reduced the floor level of the rear open plan extension to give a fantastic ceiling height and privacy being lower down.

We can't wait for work to begin!
