Customer called with complaints of leaks with any amount of rain, bits of felt deteriorating on the facisa and falling off.

So we replaced with Lovely EPDM flat roof last week.

New insulation in the rafters.

New 12mm OSB deck.

New wall trims

New edge trims

New premium 1.5mm EPDM

Great finish for any flat roof.

Chimney repoint and new capping.Small block pavement path.Ridges rebedded.
