It's been quiet on the socials lately due to the sheer amount of work and taking on further higher education training, but the studio is still working hard for all our clients, and after some amazing feedback on new build developments, we will have to get the website and socials going again to show the progress being made 😊 Updates coming soon!

For larger projects like this two story side extension and rear dormer loft conversion it can be easier to break it down into a two-phase construction. The details here are to reduce the overlap of re-doing work between the side extension being finalised on site, and when the loft conversion begins at a later date.

Hello everyone 👋 Just a notice to say RAD Studios will be closing for Christmas a little earlier this year, from the 15th Dec - 5th Jan.

It's been a difficult year for everyone with Covid still having impacts, especially with delays to local planning and building control authorities.

This means our focus and efforts this year have been primarily on our clients (rightly so!), trying to support them as best we can, improving communication and refining services; But it has left our social media a little empty, and our website is still under construction! 👩‍🔧👩‍💻

This early closing time will allow us to catch up on some 'house keeping' and get ready for the new year! 🍾 🎉

We will not actively be available for services or new clients during this period, but any existing clients who may need time sensitive updates on current projects can still reach us if necessary! 📧 😊

So whatever you're doing over the Christmas break, please enjoy yourselves and a happy and healthy New year to all our clients, friends and family! 🙌🎄

If the client isn't keen on a pier, then we take it out and budget for bigger steels 🙌 It's all about exploring your options! 👍
