We are a small business operating in and around Hampshire carrying out a wide range of outdoor services including but limited to:
-Hedge cutting
-Lawn mowing/ strimming
-General garden maintenance- weeding/planting/leaf clearance
-Fencing
-Landscaping
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training can be offered to the right candidate.
we also carry out work with our tractor so having a tractor licence would be prefered but not essential as we may look to train staff once they have shown competence in safely operating our plant machinery
A successful candidate will be enthusiastic, able to take initiative, self motivated, a hard worker and have good communication skills.
We are outdoors all year round in all weathers so would benefit someone who isnt phased by poor conditions.
You will be required to lead regular gardening jobs and possibly small projects so time management and attention to detail is essential.
Work vehicle is provided but due to insurance purposes we are looking for someone over the age of 25 with a full UK driving licence.
We work Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30 although some flexibilty may be required.
Rate of pay will be negotiated following a successful interview but will vary depending on experience but inline with industry averages.
We are offering a Full time permenant position following a successful 6 month probation period.
