Planning approved for a double storey side, rear extension and loft conversion. 1st floor and GF remodelled with the mock tudor removed from the principal elevation and silicone render applied to the top half of the property with black aluminium glazing. Side entrance gates and garage doors colour matched to tie into the host dwelling.
Looking forward to seeing this property transform as works are about to begin.

A beautiful new build home coming soon. The original plot housed a small detached property with a few outbuildings scattered around. The primary aim was to take advantage of the sloping site by adding a lower floor and creating a home that catered more to the family needs for the present and future.

Delighted with the final renders for a great project in Beaconsfield with client sign off. Preparing to submit for planning permission as the next phase. Scope of works include a double front extension, rear part extension, front driveway and both the GF and 1st Floor re-designed. Can't wait for the planning process and progressing through to build. Planning finally approved in a conservation area. Scope of proposed works included a rear, front and side extension to this property with a full heritage tile replacement and heritage profile aluminium windows. Took almost a year in planning with so much back and fourth with three rivers council. Delighted with the approval.

Planning approved, and the works have commenced. Delighted to see the design unfold with construction on site making great headway. The original property is a detached 3 bedroom pebble dashed property. The new proposed works transforms the property with a wraparound double storey extension with external render and aluminium windows to bring the property up to date, and add an additional 2 bedrooms with ensuites and walk-in-wardrobes

Delighted to see the completion of an outdoor swimming pool and open enclosure we designed late last year. Internal larch cladding, external surround resin floor finish with an exposed anthracite grey steel frame structure ties the canopy into the existing outbuilding roof line.
