Wet courtyard …..

We have had issues to the walls inside the lower ground floor flat and this area of the courtyard housing numerous pipes , drains etc all need to be throughly checked to reduce the issues we have inside the property

Luckily the fix will be relatively simple

Following on from an ongoing basement project , we are approaching the end and thankfully looking extremely dry .

Seeing an earlier post we had active water entering the basement and this type a system using the KOSTER range of products has been super super reliable

Our client arranged a damp survey for his window sill around his front bay , initially was told he had dry rot .

As we can see there is no dry rot however the timber has decayed due to water ingress from the sealant around windows .

Again showing the importance of checking simple fixes like window sealants and water goods

Remedial works will be addressing the ingress source and change the decayed timber 👍👍👍
