Not posted any pics in along time due to been really busy and forgetting to take them most of the time but started the year off to a good start(busy as anything)popped back to a job today to do some patching after the sparks and plumbers.not too often we get to see the properties painted

Just a small ceiling today

Just a small job today.the customer had kept getting a crack where the stud work meets the door reveal(by right who ever built the stud work should have hacked the reveal and flown the plasterboard through then they wouldn't have had this issue from the start)all done properly now.

Been thinking back to when I was an apprentice,this place was one of the best places i got to work on.the building was completely gutted when we first started all the plastering done using traditional plastering method of lime and yak hair with took nearly an hour just to mix up and the plaster had to be gradually built up coat by coat took about 6months just to plaster.the pics are if of google as it was 20 year ago and no camera phone 🤣)
