Customer wanted a shower re grouted as he suspected it was causing a leak, that was causing damage too the down stairs ceiling.

Upon removal of the grout we found the tiles to be loose and falling off the wall. So we suggested rather than repairing the existing few tiles. To rather get new shower and panels installed to prevent future maintenance on the grout should it happen again.

We than also replaced the bath panel as it had deteriorated and was full of cracks. Upon removal we found that the waste pipe between the shower and basin had been leaking for some time. And could have been the cause of the leak all along, so our team repaired the damage.

Customer is happy that we could resolve these problems as he had a few tradesmen In the past who could not resolve the problem.
