Update on a recent bedroom refurbishment! 🛏️🏡
This project included making a secret door fitted inside a cladding wall 🚪
We made the room larger, re-wired and installed a hard wired fire alarm and internet outputs. We also re-plastered, decorated and put in new flooring.

A small repair job that we completed this month consisting of installing two L shape lintels as there was no lintel in the original window. All of the brickwork was then redone and pointed. 🧱🪟

As part of the same job the bed joints were raked out and helical bars were inserted for structural cracks that had occurred due to movement in brickwork. A special grout was then used to make good the joints and allow for natural movements.

Another satisfied customer with our recently finished extension.

The space has been turned into a utility and office. A new retaining wall and has been built to hold the garden and steps. We then finally had nice enough weather to render everywhere 😎☀️

A small extension we’ve been working on to be used as an office/study space! 📚
Since these pictures were taken, we have also plastered and self-levelled the floors ready for tiling. More updates to come soon!

New project 🏠🔨 Yesterday we started a bedroom and porch extension at the front which will then lead to a large open pan extension at the rear. We will also reroof this bungalow to fix a leak 😋
