This reclaimed piece of oak is being refined into a mantle — carefully worked to keep its original character, patina and existing markers marks intact, while making it suitable for a modern interior.

It’s a balance between preservation and precision — honouring the history of the material while crafting something timeless for today’s home. This is part of a larger project stay tuned as we transform another home!

**Something a bit different for the Bottle Top Lady Bay 🍷**

We built this corner display unit to make use of an awkward space and give the bar a bit more character — it’s now home to their wines, coffees and bits for sale.

The best part? It’s made entirely from **locally reclaimed 1930’s doors**, pulled out of skips and given a new lease of life. We cleaned them up, reworked them, and turned them into something that actually looks right at home in the space.

Always nice to see old materials turned into something useful again — and even better when it’s for a great local spot like this 👏
