At MBH, our Commercial Team plays a key role in protecting project value, controlling costs, and supporting successful delivery across our EV and commercial projects.

We're delighted to welcome Johnathan to the team as a Quantity Surveyor. He brings a wealth of commercial experience to the client facing world of cost management and employer's agent work.

Working with our Head of Commercial, Johnathan will be involved in a range of exciting projects including EV infrastructure and forecourt redevelopment schemes, whilst working towards his RICS APC qualification.

After a long and challenging process, we’re pleased to share that our Gateway 2 application for this site has been approved.
We're proud to have acted as Principal Designer and supported the team in achieving this key milestone.

✔️ Project: Fife Road
✔️ Description: Demolition and redevelopment in Kingston-Upon-Thames city centre, to create a 200‐unit, 8‐storey co-living accommodation with retail/restaurant space on the ground floor.

We now look forward to progressing towards the next stage and commencement of construction, in due course.

A well-deserved team away day in Canary Wharf 👏

On Friday the UK team took time away from the office to enjoy some bonding time — starting with an energising experience at Cube, Canary Wharf, followed by a proper treat with dinner at Boisdale.

It was a great opportunity to celebrate the incredible effort everyone has put in for our clients, and the role each person has played in growing the business this year. The results we’re seeing don’t happen without great people — they’re driven by commitment and collaboration.
