🚨 Not another one… 🚨

From a 3-bed to a 6-bed student HMO — and we're nearly done! 🙌

The Southmead project has been one of our strongest to date, and honestly, the team absolutely smashed it. Everyone pulled together like a well-oiled machine — massive well done to the whole Harotts crew. 👏🏗️
As always, we stripped it back to the original 4 walls.

Then came the rebuild:
🔨 Every internal wall removed & rebuilt
🏗️ Brand new rear extension
⚡ Full rewire
🔥 Completely new heating system
🚿 All new plumbing & 3 new bathrooms
🪜 New staircase
🔩 Steels throughout
🧱 Chimney removals
🎨 Full internal redecoration
🏠 External repaint
Flooring goes down next week — then she's done. ✅

And the best bit? We're handing the keys back to our clients 3 weeks ahead of schedule. 💪

Day by day, beam by beam 🪵✨

The Weston renovation project is coming to LIFE and we are HERE for it ✨️

Floor joists are going in today and honestly, there's something deeply satisfying about watching the bones of a building come together. This is where the magic starts — before the plaster, before the paint, before the "wow" moment… there's THIS. The unglamorous, underrated, absolutely essential dogwork 💪

Wrapping these up this week and then? Eyes on the roof 👀🏠

New roof era incoming and we cannot wait to show you what's next.

Meet the Haywood home office glow-up. What was once a garage is now a 3x5m productivity palace, and honestly... we're a bit jealous 👀

We're talking solid floors (because apparently gym equipment might be moving in too 💪), a full external garage conversion, and enough space to finally pretend you're a proper professional on Zoom calls 💻

No more elbowing the butter dish for desk space. No more "sorry about the background" on video calls. Just a clean, stunning work-from-home setup that does exactly what it says on the tin.

The brief was simple. The result? Anything but 😏

9 weeks in and this bristol HMO is transforming 🏗️
From a stripped-back shell to a fully reconfigured 6-bed
3-bath HMO — the progress has been relentless.

Here's what we've smashed through:
🔨 Full internal strip-out — every wall gone, reinforced concrete chimneys out
⚙️ Structural steels in to engineer's spec
🧱 Rear extension built from the ground up
🔌 Full rewire, fire alarm, emergency lighting & network points throughout
🚿 All new plumbing, heating, combi boiler & 3 new bathrooms
🪣 Entire house plastered
🪟 Every window and door replaced
🚪 2nd fix carpentry nearly wrapped

And we're not slowing down — decorators have been pulled forward, kitchen drops next week 👊

Some serious steel going into this floor build today — with another 2 beams dropping in tomorrow.
By the end of the week the new floor joists will be going in and this project takes a big step forward.
