Earlier this year we began making some changes to our repairs and maintenance service. This included the introduction of new contractors across all the areas where we have homes.

Instead of one single contractor covering the majority of our customer’s homes, we now work with a range of companies who operate in different geographical locations or specialise in different trades.

Bristol based PJS Property Maintenance recently completed a full kitchen refurbishment in one of our properties for a young family. Great job!

Glad to be doing more maintenance work lately. Got called out to this property after the customer noticed the floor was starting to swell up. Found a leak on the waste pipe behind the kitchen units. Removed the units, renewed waste pipe and took up flooring. Will return once the floor has dried out to fit new.
