That was getting a bit close for comfort!!

This tired kitchen needed new floor joists and boards after we found it was all rotting away due to an unseen/noticed leak.

Once that was done we re plumbed all the plumbing including renewing the old inlet pipe up to current standards.

Due to the new electrical goods going in we had to remove all the old wiring and fuse board and reinstall all new cables and a shiny new fuse board all thanks to our working buddy C2 Electrical & Property Services

Fresh room of plaster and paint

New units, electrical goods and worktops from Wickes

And hey presto! New kitchen for Christmas 🎅🏻

At the start of the build, the new apprentice would not have even considered climbing up onto or as high as a house roof, now look at him! Well done Jake!

Serviced this little beauty today, 30 year old Trianco oil boiler. She will keep going for many more years yet 💪

And we have floor boards! Scaffolding is up thanks to All Trades Access Scaffolding stone window headers in thanks to Banwell stone works and goes with out saying thanks to our top man Jack from Caulfields Building Contractors for working with us on this amazing opportunity of a project!

Farmhouse build update, we’re almost finished getting to first lift 🥳😎 scaffold booked for next week, lintels on there way and stone sills and headers ordered! The next time we post we should have some joists up 💪
