Not posted in a while as we have been building up to share our news on our next adventure!

Today we completed the course to be certified installers of the Plygene Gutterline System .

We are now taking bookings for any industrial- commercial buildings that require attention.

After removal of the top layer of biofilm, there is a slight issue with the black spot , customer decided it put a added feature to the stone work, instead of removal we done as asked and left it.

What finished it off nicely was the repointing , we used a different material new on the market this year and too be honest got better results from what we have used in the past.

The edging brick work to be cleaned at a later date with the driveway.

Finally getting back to moss removal and biocide treatment on our roof cleaning services.

As one knows its been awful weather , juggling things around finally got the 1st roof clean finished of the year.

This roof was carried out in pickering, realising there was a broken tile from the birds pecking away at the moss, this had caused the water marking on the ceiling indoors.

Regular maintenance is key especially the roof.

Here we scraped the moss off.
Hovered the roof of debris.
Replaced the union joint on the guttering.
Replaced the broken tile.
Applied a hse approved biocide to do the rest of the work, time will make a difference 👍

Todays job sheet takes us to pickering for a driveway clean so the customer can now safely get into his car without slipping over this winter ✅️

Damp issues in a newly decorated bedroom so we were called in to asses the problem.

As you can see we carried out a full survey and cleared all growth and unblocked down pipes.

A full report was handed to the client to resolve the rest of the issues.

We were called out to help remove the growth from the valley gutter!!

This was a challenge 💪 excepted with the help from Elvington Hire.

When the rain 🌧 arrived it was causing distress to the horses below ,

Once all the debris was removed and down pipes unblocked the result was just over a ton in weight of debris.
