🏠 Progress Update | Ripon, North Yorkshire 🏠

We’re currently installing timber frame internal walls on one of our latest projects in Ripon, and it’s a great opportunity to highlight one of the key benefits of this construction method – speed.

We installed The timber frame internal skin in an hour and 8 minutes today on site, allowing us to:

✔️ Get the floor and roof installed sooner
✔️ Begin internal works earlier
✔️ Keep the project moving efficiently

While we push ahead inside, the bricklayer can continue working on the external brick skin at their own pace, navigating winter weather without holding up the overall programme.

The result? No delays, better workflow, and a smoother build from start to finish.

Day 2 and the conservatory is down, the dwarf wall is now gone and we are ready to start digging the new footings.

Had a lovely message from one of our customers today, thanking us for a job Well done.

Our Customer had a similar wall that her husband loved in their old house. Since downsizing to a Bungalow, and her husband passing away, she’s always wanted to get rid of the old hedge and recreate the wall she had.
With the railings matching perfectly with the gate, this is a job to be proud of..
