A recent job at a commercial property in Weymouth.

Unfortunately the skylights had to be removed due to unlevel up-stands and the roof re-boarded and fibreglassed due to the previous companies poor installation.

Once we levelled out the up-stands, we re-boarded and fibreglass with a commerical grade matting. We reinstalled the sky lanterns after a good scrub and the roof looks good as new, warrantied for 20 years 🏅

Another polycarbonate roof replacement complete!

We removed the old leaky polycarbonate roof, cut a new flatroof on, insulated with 100mm PIR and installed 2 new skylights to make this area ready for the heat of summer and the cold of winter ☀️ 🥶

Due to the extra weight of the timber and skylights, we installed an aluminium A-frame to take the additional weight.
