We are delighted to announce this planning approval recently secured for the conversion of a former Methodist church into a new, spacious 3-bedroom home. The project is now progressing through technical design, with construction due to commence imminently. This self-build scheme will sensitively preserve the character and existing features of the church, a non-designated heritage asset, while bringing it into sustainable residential use.

Here’s a sneak peak at 2 of the plots from an upcoming luxury development situated in North East Cheshire.

This gated development situated in a highly sought after location comprises 9 prestigious new homes for which the designs have been meticulously developed over the past 12 months ensuring they each individually offer beautiful living accommodation and a unique high specification throughout.

We’re currently working with the developer and their construction team finalising specifications and construction drawings ahead of an imminent start on site.

As we approach the end of a very busy first week back we are reflecting on an extremely successful 2025 (our first full year trading) and looking forward to 2026, which is already shaping up to be an even busier year!

With many exciting new projects in the pipeline from our existing loyal client base and already a number of new enquiries/fee proposals sent out, we really have picked up where we left off last year.

We are aiming as a business to be much more visible on social platforms this year so keep an eye on things over the coming weeks and months as we share progress updates on a wide range of exciting projects which will hopefully also provide more of an insight into what we do as a business!

We’re thrilled to share the first milestone for our residential development in Cheshire. 🏡
With demolition now complete, detailed drawings are being progressed setting the stage for construction to start in the coming months.
All our dedicated partners are focused on delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes — while enhancing the surrounding landscape with wildflower planting and preserving mature trees at the site’s edge. 🌳🌼

𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵!!

Planning Permission 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙 for this 2-storey extension to a lovely rural property in Shropshire.

Working drawings now due to commence with construction to start in March.

The extension will provide an additional bedroom and living space with bifolding doors opening up onto a wonderful countryside view.. Really maximising this beautiful family home.

Great to get out of the office earlier this week to see this site before demolition starts on the existing buildings..

It was also a good excuse to try out a new toy we have purchased for assisting with surveys and capturing aerial photographs of our projects.

Looking forward to sharing further updates of this lovely scheme and some of the design solutions we have developed in order to keep this Cheshire countryside development in keeping with its surroundings.

We’ve recently made an exciting investment in a new powerful software package which we will be incorporating into our projects over the coming months. This will enable us to produce “photo real” 3D renders and CGI’s as well as full BIM modelling in the near future.

Here we have 2 concept renders of designs for an orangery extension to a large country home in Cheshire. Subtle tweaks to the glazing and cill detail alter from a traditional style to a more modern feel.. we believe that both really complement the existing property and blend in seamlessly.
