Now that April is just around the corner prep work for the season ahead just a an hr here and there keeps it ticking over around the the chaos inside the house what better place to escape to garden. Over last few weeks got various bits and pieces on go in the poly tunnel just need to get the tatties outside at some point. Plus we’ve got loads of bedding plants and stuff for the colour which are all coming along 👌 for a newbie I’m rather chuffed with how it’s going.

So late August time I tried a bit of an experiment yeah know it was late in the day but just wanted to see what would happen. Bought some seed tatties from Amazon and chucked em in 2 old recycling tubs decided to pull em today and chuffed I’ve actually grown something haha 😂 the second pic show another experiment had 2 tatties that Mrs Flembob didn’t use for jackets so they got chucked in a recyling box around same time. First job on 67a was to get a Tunnel built in a area that accommodated a old summerhouse. Purchased a outsunny 2x2 tunnel to cover the area from Amazon. Once it was built we secured fully down so fingers crossed it ain’t gonna go anywhere. Decided to do away with the zip fronted door and build a custom made opening door like the ones on the more expensive tunnels. With the added bonus of an opening window for when the warmer weather requires ventilation. Staging and 3 x bed frames created using some pallet wood. Along with a paved walkway using re used slabs.
