This loaf wouldn’t have happened without the incredible help, encouragement, and patience of a fellow Kent Thermomix Advisor who shared some of her starter, guided me through the process, answered my endless questions, and gave me the confidence to keep going. I often refer to Justyna in our team as The Breadmaster and you can see why!

There’s still plenty for me to learn, but seeing how well this loaf has turned out feels like a huge achievement 🥰 Every bubble, rise, and bake represents a little more confidence and a lot of perseverance.

It’s amazing what you can accomplish when someone shares their knowledge and supports you along the way. The kindness and generosity within the Thermomix community never ceases to amaze me, and I’m so grateful for everyone who helps others succeed 🥰

Now the challenge is keeping my starter alive 🙏 and getting into the habit of baking sourdough regularly!

One of my favourite little Thermomix hacks ✨. Pop your fruit or veg into the simmering basket, fill the mixing bowl with water to the max fill line and run for 2 mins / speed 8 💦. (Use a gentler speed for delicate fruits.)

It gives everything a really thorough wash with hardly any effort from you 🙌

And honestly… wait until you see the colour of the water afterwards 😳

Such a simple way to clean your produce properly while saving time and keeping your hands free for the next job in the kitchen 💚

Marinade made in the Thermomix, chicken and marinade cooked in the oven while the Thermomix steams the rice and peas… and somehow the whole meal comes together at the same time 🙌

This is exactly why I love my Thermomix. One machine helping me prep, cook and multitask while dinner practically cooks itself ✨

As a busy mum with a full-time job, I don’t want to spend every evening juggling pans, timers and endless washing up 🙈

And alongside all of that, I’m also a Thermomix Advisor in my spare time 💚

So anything that saves me time, reduces stress and makes life easier is a huge win in my kitchen.

That’s exactly why I love my Thermomix ✨

Honestly, it feels like having an extra pair of hands in the kitchen 🙌

I also love the reassurance of knowing my family are eating good home-cooked meals made from scratch, without all the unnecessary ingredients and additives that can end up in processed foods.

Fresh, vibrant and packed with flavour, all made in minutes in the Thermomix 💚

Honestly the kind of recipe that makes people think you’ve gone to loads of effort… when the Thermomix has done the hard work for you 👌

Simply steam sliced peppers in the Varoma, pop them into a jar and pour over the marinade ✨

Once cooled, store in the fridge for up to a week… that’s if they last that long! 😍

Want a Mediterranean twist? Add anchovies, capers, oregano and black olives after steaming for even more flavour 🇮🇹

Perfect with grilled meats, BBQ spreads, salads or antipasti platters ☀️
