I received a call from one of the letting companies I provide services to — a tenant reported smelling something burning. Luckily, I was able to attend quickly and found the issue was with the lighting.

Please make sure to have your electrics checked regularly. This situation could have been a lot worse. Regular inspections can prevent serious hazards and keep everyone safe. 🔧💡
