We’re Hiring – Yard Operative / Machine Operative 🚧

RT Fencing are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join our busy fencing yard team on a full-time basis.

This is a hands-on, physical role perfect for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a small, fast-paced team.

Duties include:

• Operating machinery to manufacture fencing panels (full training provided)
• Heavy lifting and handling of timber and fencing materials
• Serving and assisting customers in the yard
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• General yard upkeep, organisation, and maintaining a safe working environment
• Using a forklift truck to move materials (licence required)

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Physically fit and happy with manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Positive with a willingness to learn
• Experience in a yard or warehouse is a bonus, but not essential
