It’s been great weather for doing another fencing job. Customer required a new fence & gate as old one was showing signs of deterioration. Also, there was a border installed with decorative gravel laid to give the ground area a nicer finish. All materials supplied, before & after pictures.

Weather has been on our side lately which has allowed one of many outdoor jobs to be carried out. Customer was requiring an upgrade of gate along with fencing to secure pet around property. Three areas required work to be upgraded. All materials supplied, Before & after pictures.

One of many outdoor jobs completed recently. There was the task of installing suitable bases for a potting shed & summerhouse. I then constructed both buildings and secured them to the bases. Also, there was a trellis that needed upgraded at side of property which was carried out. Customer supplied the potting shed & summerhouse, all other materials supplied. Before & after pictures.

A toilet upgrade with a difference completed recently. Customer required the use of a sink in a small area so came up with the idea of a toilet & sink combined. Old toilet & back wall framing was removed, new supporting frame installed. As there was only a cold feed available I had to get a hot water feed to accommodate new sink, which was challenging. Also the customer required a heater to be installed as it’s a cold room so I installed electric to accommodate a heater. Combi sink & toilet installed, ceiling emulsioned, walls painted to customers choice of colour, new skirtings installed, Electric heater & toilet roll holder installed. Customer supplied toilet & holder, All other materials supplied. Before & after pictures.

An ideal job completed recently with the elements being against us, customer required a freshen up in bedroom, One bay window needed wallpapered, then ceiling, bay windows, walls, skirtings & door was painted to customers choice of colour. Also, in the bedroom, the customer required the radiator to be changed over with valves replaced as old one was obsolete. Then in conservatory, the walls were stripped, then new wallpaper applied and woodwork was freshened up. Customer supplied radiator, all other materials supplied, before & after pictures.
