Well, that’s a wrap on our summer holiday cleaning schedule.

Over 2,500sqm of playgrounds, pathways and service areas cleaned at this school over the past week, finishing off with the main entrance today ready for reopening tomorrow.

A massive thank you to all of our contract managers and school caretakers for their continued support year after year.

8 schools cleaned across July and August, with another 3 added to the portfolio in the last week alone.

Back to our domestic service from tomorrow with some exciting projects lined up over the next few months.

Nice transformation on this natural stone patio in Liverpool this week.

Original mortar joints had started to fail in areas with weeds starting to pop up so our customer wanted a full repoint before it got any worse.

All remaining joints were fully raked out, the 3 patio areas were pressure washed & chemically treated, a handful of loose slabs were rebedded and then we pointed up using a buff jointing compound.

What would you have done with this patio? Replace or restore?

We restored it and it's looking as good as it was the day it was laid close to 30 years ago.

All existing/remaining pointing was raked out, flags were washed and chemically treated to remove years of build up, handful of loose flags were reset and then we finished with a grey resin compound for the pointing.

Thank you to Dawn & Paul our customers on this job who have had their house cleaned by us top to bottom over the last 12 months 🙌🏻.

Pre paint and repair render clean completed on this property in Widnes recently.

We were contacted by our customer to complete a clean of her original farm house and more recent extension prior to having the property painted later this month to uniform the colours.

We completed an initial wash of the render using low pressure to remove the heavier build up before applying a softwash treatment clear any final organic staining. A full wash down was completed before finishing the clean with a Biocide treatment.

Results speak for themselves on this one 🙌🏻

Over half a tonne of Nexus Titan and 50 man hours of labour went in to this driveway restoration in Widnes and the end result was worth every second.

We set to work on this one late last year with an initial clean and we put a plan in place to revisit this summer for a second visit and to repoint the cobbled sections of the driveway. The initial pointing material had gradually failed over the years and with the larger gaps the weeds had taken over and there some instability in the blocks.

The area was fully pressure washed and chemically treated and all cobbled sections were raked down to at least 25mm all round. This gives a sufficient depth for the two part epoxy resin to fill the voids and create a strong enough bond to last for years to come.

We added the finishing touches with resanding the block paved sections and replacing the broken aco drains.
