Finished our week with another kandla grey sandstone restoration in Widnes.

Full works on this one, with all existing pointing raked out to the correct depth. The flags were pressure washed and chemically treated to remove years of organic build up, a handful of loose flags were re-bedded and left to cure overnight, before the entire patio area was repointed.

Builders clean completed on this large tarmac driveway for a regular customer of ours this week.

Low pressure clean carried out to remove a build up of moss, dirt and dust following a recent extension. Some cement stains were spot treated with a tarmac-safe acid before the entire driveway was treated with a biocide to help slow down future moss and organic growth.

Carpet of moss removed from the roof tiles of this property in Widnes last week.

Over 50 years of moss growth was scraped off using our compressed air system before the roof tiles were treated with an HSE approved biocide to target any remaining spores.

Gutters were fully cleared and flow tested, with all gutters, soffits and fascias washed as part of the clean.

The biocide will continue working over the next 6–12 months, cleaning the tiles naturally and slowing down future regrowth.

We’ve worked on some incredible homes lately and this one was no different, rounding off the week with this clean for one of our regular customers in Croft.

Large natural stone patio, all perimeter pathways and balustrades cleaned and treated ready for summer.

It means a lot to be asked back year after year by customers who have supported the business over the last 5 years, so a massive thank you to everyone who continues to use us and recommend us to family and friends.

Full restoration completed last week on this large sandstone sett driveway in Widnes.

The original pointing had started to fail in areas causing loose pavers and weeds to start taking over. We started by raking out all the remaining pointing to 25mm to give a good base for the new material, the driveway was then pressure washed and chemically treated before being repointed using Basalt Pro Fusion to match a previous repair which had only recently been completed.

Back on the roof cleaning work this week with a large detached house & double garage in Fearnhead, Warrington.

Moss removal completed using our compressed air system which lightly removes the build up of moss before being treated with a HSE approved Biocice. The treatment will kill any remaining spores and slow down future regrowth.

Gutters were fully cleared and all gutters, soffits & fascias were washed down.

We finished with a wash and treatment of the patio area which we repointed around 4 years ago and it was still as good as the day we left it.

Another natural stone patio fully restored in Widnes last week.

Full works completed on this one with all remaining pointing raked out to the correct depth, flags pressure washed & chemically treated, a handful of loose flags reset and then finally repointed using a grey resin.
