Nice start to the week with this job for a customer over in poulton le flyde, thier storage combi of 20 years old had been condemmed and deemed un repairable,

There was a couple of issues with replacing this boiler like for like due to the height of the flue outsdie and the access needed to run the flue from the position it was without causing major mess,

We gave our customer another alternative and went with an electric boiler linked with 200l of pressurised hot water and smart controls. we also stripped this out last week and had flooring and painting sorted so its nice and fresh for the install..

Problem solved.....✔️

Combi conversion and 5 radiators replaced, our customer decided to do away with her current system and replace with the flagship baxi 430.

We removed the old boiler, cylinder and tanks and replaced with the 30kw baxi complete with

5 year warranty ✔️
Wirless controls ✔️
X5 replacement radiators for double pannel ✔️
New radiator in airing cuboard ✔️
System filter ✔️
All rubbish removed from site ✔️

Better water pressure 🚿
No stored water 💧
Instant hot water ♨️
