This project involved carrying out remedial damp works to the chimney breast after ongoing condensation and bridging issues caused by the original plaster being taken right down to floor level.

We knocked the chimney breast back to 1250mm to install a full damp proof system, ensuring the affected area was treated correctly and protected long term. The lower section was also removed to 150mm from floor level to prevent any further bridging issues before re-plastering throughout for a fresh, smooth finish ready for decorating 🔥

A proper preparation and damp system makes all the difference when it comes to preventing future issues and achieving a quality finish.

We’ve recently finished this latest render project for a brand new bar opening soon on Golborne High Street 🍻☀️

Fresh modern finish applied ready just in time for summer — with the beer garden set up for live sports, entertainment and a great atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Massive difference to the overall look of the building and a finish built to last.

Two photos, one serious transformation. Cleaned up this terraced house with a fresh coat of Johnstone's Silicone Render top coat and finished it off with the windows professionally sprayed by Scott Martin in a matt black for that sharp modern contrast. Big difference in the final look — clean, crisp and built to last.

(Just waiting for new Down Spout, Gutter and a new Fascia to be put on)

Another job turned around the other week 👇

Leak from a shower upstairs caused serious damage — came straight through to the restaurant ceiling below in my local pub - The Bucks Head Abram and the bathroom walls were badly affected too upstairs.

Stripped everything back, re-boarded where needed, and fully skimmed to get it all back to a clean, solid finish.

Bathroom’s now been fitted and everything’s sealed up properly — watertight and looking spot on 💧👌

All sorted and back in business 👍

Big day on-site for Pro Plastering! 🛠️ We managed to get these two bedrooms fully skimmed to a top standard and all the new door casings fitted—all in a single day’s work.

It was a graft to get the plastering and the second-fix carpentry wrapped up in one shift, but the results speak for themselves. The walls are drying out perfectly and are ready for the decorators to move straight in. Level, plumb, and ready for paint! 🏠✨

All the wall fell off as we stripped the wallpaper and had to Dab it..

Even cut the window sill down and fitted that for her, so we could skim upto it for a nice fresh finish..
