How to add instant cottage-core 🏡

Ad. I must have looked at hundreds of wooden porches before I found images of this one from . I fell in love with its chunky oak beams and country cottage vibe and knew it would be perfect for the makeover at the back of our house.

I can’t believe the difference it’s made - they’ve got lots of size options on their website so I could choose the best fit for us and they were genuinely the loveliest company to deal with. I rung them a few times during the process and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Now our home has the country cottage feel I always dreamed of 💕

Ad. 🫣 This is really embarrassing but…

I’ve just not been on top of house jobs recently. And with everyone home for the bank holiday it’s just built up and now the outside is glorious and inside is gross. I wanted to bring ALL the summer vibes so when I heard that the new Summer Breeze range was at I knew that was exactly what I needed to bring the outside, inside. It’s a limited-edition collection from Flash, Fairy and Febreze and you are gonna LOVE IT 🥰

It honestly smells like day one on holiday - sunshine, suncream and fresh, summer air. And now my house is clean, sparkling and smelling beautiful.

The back door finally got the glow up it deserved 🤍

Ad. Still not over how much a door can completely change a space. We matched it to our kitchen stable door from in the colour Chartwell Green and I’m obsessed already. Huge thanks to for the speedy install and top notch dad jokes 🤭

Now onto that oak porch 👀
