Freshly refinished in beautiful Bellwood by Fusion Mineral Paint, this charming linen fold blanket box has had quite the glow-up. The oak top was carefully prepared to reveal its natural character before being protected with a durable matt varnish for everyday life.

Now, let’s talk about what a blanket box is actually for... because apparently not everyone has a collection of 37 throws, 12 cushions and a mystery blanket that nobody remembers buying. 🤷‍♂️

Antique Oak Chest of Drawers Transformation

This beautiful antique chest of drawers has been lovingly restored to give it a fresh new lease of life while preserving its character and craftsmanship.

The body has been refinished in Algonquin by Fusion Mineral Paint – a warm, sophisticated neutral that complements the age and quality of the piece perfectly. The original oak top and drawer fronts were carefully stripped back and prepared to reveal the stunning honey-toned oak grain hidden beneath years of wear.

To protect and enhance the natural beauty of the wood, the oak surfaces have been finished with multiple coats of clear matt varnish, creating a durable finish while maintaining an authentic, timeless appearance.

Every stage of the restoration was completed by hand, from the extensive preparation work to the final protective finish, ensuring this piece is ready to be enjoyed for many years to come.

This stunning ornate sideboard has been lovingly restored in Cathedral Taupe, a warm neutral cream that creates the perfect balance between softness and sophistication. The solid oak top and stretcher base have been carefully sanded and sealed with multiple coats of clear matt varnish, allowing the natural grain to shine through beautifully. The warmth of the wood against the soft taupe finish creates a layered, relaxed look that feels effortlessly refined.
