Kitchen Refurb.
Prep work for Kitchen included new ceiling fitted and insulated by myself. Followed by full plastering of ceiling and walls and LED downlights and all electrical works carried out by fully qualified Electrical contractor and Plasterer, subcontracted by BBK.
New Kitchen was a Handless Graphite Grey Gloss with compact White with Grey Fleck worktop and all appliances supplied in Black and Chrome.
Finished off with Flooring in a LVT Silver Grey plank effect floor.

Completed in 2025.
Compact Ensuite Shower room with lowered Shower Tray giving easy access to Shower.
Finished with White Gloss furniture and fully tiled with white wave wall tiles. Complimented with Black Matt accessories and Victorian style Black and White floor tile.
Fitting the area with White Furniture and walls will make a small area look bigger

Complete Refurb of Cloakroom.
After taking out old cloakroom, an internal wall was made to add an internal Display Shelf with above lighting.
White Porcelain tiles were then added to the wall and floor with a Bevelled Edge Gloss Metro tile to complement on the Basin Wall.
Grohe Wall Hung fitted w.c., a Bloc Wall Hung Stone basin with Shelf and short projection Wall Mounted Basin Mixer taps were then added. All fittings are finished in gold to complement the simple finish of the overall Cloakroom.

White marble fleck porcelain floor tile with grey porcelain wall tile and mosaic border to match.
30ml Oak worktop under sink with matching shelving over concealed toilet unit. Before and after photos.

Kitchen refurb from last year.
Alabaster White grained shaker kitchen with 12mm composite contemporary worktops also in white with Silver/grey gloss backboards finished with black/chrome appliances with vinyl grained effect flooring.

Family Bathroom updated with separate Shower Cubicle and a 9.5kw Electric Shower.
Bath and w.c. set in new position with a wall hung basin, giving added floor space to the room.
Large Porcelain wall tiles and a Vinyl Click Grey Oak floor to match.

Complete Kitchen and Utility refit.
Handleless Grey Gloss kitchen units with brushed steel and black appliances to compliment the units. Grey Quartz worktops finishes off this kitchen with Grey oak vinyl click floor.

Bathroom in need of a revamp?
Looking a bit tired and worn?
Take a look at this recent Bathroom upgrade to include hot water cylinder in airing cupboard.
This complete redesign incorporated moving the bath, basin and wc to new positions to utilise all available space.
To include a square pea shaped shower/bath with a Mira Platinum ceiling fed pumped shower with remote button. Anthracite Wood effect floating tall wall unit complemented the bathroom and gave that much needed storage space with matching floor mounted 2 drawer basin unit. Full wall with a vertical mosaic effect border and floor tiling in a light grey tile with a light grey grout to finish.

Bedroom and Flooring Upgrade.
Changed layout of Bedroom, fitted new furniture, and flooring.
Furnituter is a Shaker style in Cashmere with the flooring being an Engineered Oak Herringbone flooring.
