So this little beauty is actually fairly huge! Waaaaay too big for the space but it looks like a big, baskety cloud floating above our table! The Bolgatanaga lamp is available from - a great organisation ‘empowering people to give a second life to plastic bottles’. But I actually first came across it through another empowering company supporting the amazing creative artists of the Bolgatanaga region of Ghana who weave these truly incredible baskets! Definitely a focal point to the corner & makes it super cosy when lit!

Time to start posting some images of all the lovely bits & pieces we’ve been collecting for our house by the sea. First up a fabulous picture by the incredibly talented . I worked with Helen to put together a 25th wedding pressie - ‘A moving Sea’ - a beautiful 3D pictorial map made up of many maps, quotes & dictionary references covering where we’ve lived, key events, our girls & a couple of in-jokes! Such a beautiful piece which catches my eye & heart every time I see it! Thank you Helen.

And we’re back! Not quite sure why such a long break tbh but we’re on it again! Footstool news - these 2 hairy little friends have left francly HQ - packaged up & sent to their new home in Dublin, Chez Higgins! Useful little additional seating for Christmas visitors!
