CHECK 'ENERGY' 24/05/19.

Energy is what we need but it often comes through entropy and the chaotic, now is the time to crystallise your self ready for a zen moment of clarity, only expending the energy you have made, rather than frivolously wasting it; get your rest, and make some more for tomorrow!

& don't forget using energy is making it, so use good energy with physical activity not just looking at a computer screen, now would be a good time for a walk!

Who you are right now, is who you are. Any room for New Year improvement, we just won't know until it dawns on us. To stare it in the face, and come for it. Those dusty wardrobes to hide Santa's little gifts probably need a dust down, so do all your preparation for Christmas with Monouni at your side, for ideas, and respite as we countdown to Christmas!
