We are not your typical garden centre.

At we specialise in exceptional, specimen plants sourced from across Europe. From mature olive trees to architectural evergreens, everything we offer is chosen with care, knowledge, and a genuine passion for plants.

We are looking for someone to join our team who shares that passion.

The Role
This is a customer-facing position within a high-end, design-led nursery environment. You will be working with discerning clients who value quality, advice, and attention to detail.

Your role will include:
• Assisting customers in selecting plants for their gardens and projects
• Providing knowledgeable, confident advice
• Maintaining the presentation of our nursery to the highest standards
• Supporting with plant care and stock management
• Being part of a team that takes pride in excellence

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a genuine interest in plants and horticulture
• Takes pride in presentation and professionalism
• Is confident speaking with clients
• Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Enjoys working as part of a close, driven team

Experience is welcome, but attitude and enthusiasm matter more.

Restoring a piece of Lake District garden history. 🌿

We’re currently working on the careful restoration of a historic garden in Windermere originally designed by Thomas Mawson, one of Britain’s most influential landscape architects.

Our aim is to respect the original vision of the garden while bringing it back to life for the future. It’s a privilege to work on landscapes with this level of heritage and craftsmanship.

Our client asked us to reimagine their cottage garden — once dominated by a mounded lawn, dense leylandii, and boundary shrubs — into a low-maintenance, contemporary escape.

Work begins on our new project near Keswick, with a truly spectacular outlook across to the lakeland fells. Our brief was to create a large, infinity lawn, giving way to the incredible landscape beyond, as well as somewhere to sit out and enjoy the view, and a kitchen garden for homegrown produce.
