🍦 THE WORLD’S BIGGEST ICE CREAM VAN 🍦

One of the standout features of this incredible build is the set of bespoke serving windows designed and manufactured by our team for one of our long standing customers

Built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 519 chassis cab and featuring our iconic Mondial bodywork design, this vehicle is believed to be the world’s biggest and highest-specification ice cream van. To match its scale and serving capacity, we created custom window solutions that maximize visibility, accessibility and customer flow across both serving zones.

Designed specifically for this project, the windows help support four points of sale and enable the van to efficiently serve thousands of customers at major festivals, events and high-footfall locations. Every detail was carefully considered to combine practicality, durability and a premium finish worthy of such a unique vehicle.

Capable of serving up to 15,000 ice cream cones thanks to the Whitby Morrison ePower WMe70 system, and equipped with industry-leading technology throughout, this is a build that pushes the boundaries of what an ice cream van can be.
