Always ask yourself - could it be fake? It’s ok to reject, refuse or ignore any requests. Only criminals will try to rush or panic you.

Taking a moment to stop and think before parting with your money or information could keep you safe.

A convincing email scam has been going around recently, asking you to accept/decline an invitation for a jab before asking for payment details if you accept.

Absolutely outstanding service from Marcus at Simply Locks after being let down by over priced national companies he understood my issue and the urgency to rectify it. Arrived within around 30 minutes with no call out fee and rectified the issue within 20 minutes including fitting a part he had in stock. I saved around 40% on the price I was quoted by the national company...couldn't recommend Marcus and Simply Locks highly enough and won't use any other company in future

Windows

Windows are often used as either an entry or exit route for burglars. Properties with windows left open or unsecured locks are a desired target for the opportunist burglar.
Tips

Remember to close and lock all your windows, even if you are only going out for a few minutes.
Windows on the ground floor and in accessible areas should be made of toughened glass or doubled glazed.
Make sure windows are fitted with a good lock appropriate for the window type.
Avoid leaving valuables, house or car keys near windows.
