I think it would, a 5.2x2.8m garden room, finished in shoe sugi-ban larch from .trade, with aluminium windows and doors from , topped off with a epdm Rubber roof, fully insulated and fully finished internally with tongue and groove walls and ceiling, and a herringbone floor, priced at £24000 inc vat. One thing that often get neglected is the back of the garden room, this one in my opinion looks better than the front 🤣, using stand and seam metal sheets. I think this looks incredible. The larch window reveals really do give it an amazing contrast. What do you think??

We use EPDM rubber on the roof.

Why we burn our cladding 🔥

This is Siberian Larch, and instead of simply staining it we use a traditional Japanese technique called Shou Sugi Ban.

The surface of the timber is carefully charred, brushed back and oiled.

This process naturally protects the timber by:

• Increasing resistance to rot
• Protecting against insects
• Improving weather durability
• Extending the lifespan of the cladding

It also creates a deep textured finish that makes every garden room feel unique and premium.

Efficiency is key and insulation with no gaps is thermally efficient. A simple jig will speed up the process and make it a much better fit, thus making your garden room as warm or cool as possible for future use, we don’t skimp on materials and we definitely don’t half bake it, when you go with us you are getting a well oiled machine working efficiently in your garden to make something that will be useable and practical every year,

As far as purchases go this is one of the best investments I have made. £70 off amazon rated for 550kg and great on uneven terrain. Its was a purchase required as my apprentice has gone on to seek pastures new. I’m consciously trying to to find ways to make life easier for myself. As I’m getting older I need to start looking after myself. This is just the start, waist height working, jig cutting systems are being put in place.
