I'm a cscs registered time served bricklayer with 22 years experience in all aspects of the building trade. I also hold NVQ level's 1,2 and 3 in brickwork as well as numerous city and guild certificates. Walk in wine cellar built at the Tarporley bungalow conversion for Paradwys properties. Made use of the space in the suspended floor to construct this nice showpiece in the entrance hall. Herringbone floor was done by cutting bricks down into slips and laying them as tiles. Hats off to lamby and Boase the joinery division on fitting the glass and Danny for the lighting. It all looks mint. Another job from this one that I'm insanely proud of.

Seems weird calling this a bungalow conversion when you look at the size of it now compared to this time last year on the second picture. It's a job that took up the vast majority of last year with some of the best brickwork in it that I've ever done. It's had countless extensions on it and built on top of to form this monstrous house. I'll have to do numerous posts just to show exactly how much has been done to the old small bungalow in Tarporley for Paradwys properties.

I've not used this page for a while so going to start uploading some pictures and videos of work I've been doing over the last few months. Starting with this single storey extension completed today in Holmes Chapel. Just a days work to lay the floor slab once the roof is on💪🏻👍🏻
