Behind Scotland’s Premier uPVC and Aluminium Manufacturer. 👆
Here’s what our Sales Director, Ewan Hunter, had to say about Precision’s progress over the past year and our plans to continue leading the market. 🗣️
“The market is tough. There’s no getting away from it.
Across the trade and commercial sectors, costs remain high, margins are under pressure and customers are rightly demanding more from their suppliers.
But even in challenging times, good businesses find a way forward.
At Precision, we’ve continued to invest, grow and strengthen the business. Since January alone, we’ve invested over half a million pounds in state-of-the-art cutting and welding machinery, giving us even greater manufacturing capability, consistency and efficiency.
We’ve also made a major investment in new people across the business, because growth only matters if the service keeps pace with it.
And it is working.
We are again delivering double-digit year-on-year growth, including double-digit growth for the January-to-date period compared with the same period last year.
That doesn’t happen by accident.
It comes from staying close to our customers, understanding the pressures they are under and focusing on the basics that matter: quality, reliability, communication and service.
Plenty of businesses are facing hard times, and we don’t take our position for granted. We’ve had to navigate carefully, make the right decisions and keep pushing forward.
For me, the direction of the market is clear. Customers will continue to back suppliers who invest properly, communicate honestly and deliver consistently.
That is exactly where we intend to be.
The Passion. The Precision. The total customer focus.
It’s not just our ethos, it’s our DNA.”
