Existing bathroom removed.
Re boarded all walls level and fully tiled. 1200mm x 900mm quadrant rain forest shower. New anti slip shower tray, copper shower screen with copper controls. Moved the toilet to the corner, basin to centre. Box work around stack modified to take wall hung unit. Copper recessed shelf and copper towel rail rad.
Downlighters with night sensor, new extractor fan and socket for toothbrushes inside the unit.
Vinyl flooring to finish.
Major transformation.
Looks great.

Our latest project...old bathroom out, walls and ceiling plastered, tiled, new suite installed including new Aqualisa shower, concealed toilet & basin system. New tower rail radiator, vinyl, downlighters and extractor fan.
Another great looking room.

Back to an existing customer. Spare room doing nothing off the bedroom. Floor down, painted, then built a bespoke interior wardrobe out of To***co Walnut boarding.
LED ribbon lighting to set this off. Looks a treat just in time for all those new xmas clothes...

The Marliyn Effect.
So, everything out in this bathroom, tiles and walls boards off, floor up. New plasterboarded walls, 1000mm x 1000mm quadrant shower tray, screen with rain forest shower. Marylyn laminate shower board. New towel rail radiator, upvc window, extractor fan. Hideaway toilet system with fog resistant mirror. Cushion vinyl flooring. Sensor lighting.
Pleased with this one.

Another one done.
Window out, bricked up, smaller one installed to allow for shower enclosure.
All plastered.
New shower enclosure, toilet, rad and basin, tiled floor and enclosure walls.
Rest of the walls and ceiling painted.
All done in 8 days.
Massive difference.

Recently completed works on the new Red Row development in Witham.
Co-ordinated by N&G Home Improvements – Gary Osborne – 07879 671187
Addition of New Conservaory with Living Room style kit and chrome spot down lighters. This gives the effect of a living room on the inside and a conservatory outside.
Heated and Cooled via a combined heat pump/air con inverter unit, giving low cost heat in the winter and cooling in the summer.
The customer wanted to use the room as a dining room, which left a good space in the Kitchen to add an Island with in built drinks fridge and two 13amp sockets to the side with USB chargers. A new ceramic sink with mono-bloc mixer/shower tap/ Finished off with Quarts granite work tops and new tiles to splash backs.
The works where completed with the garden landscaped to be very low maintenance, a good sized patio to the bottom of the garden, exterior lighting and power supplied ready for a garden bar to be added in the summer.
