A big clear up job after a fallen tree, then turned into a much bigger job to clear an unused piece of land, re-divert the ditch, new painted white stones and turfing that just now needs lots of rain and a sprinkler on it help it get its roots down 🙏 .

In January 2018 we planted up phase 2 of our project in Wickham Bishops. All of hard work is now paying off in just one growing year! We thought you might like to see Jons beautiful design now it has come together. This coulourful design will still have colour and interest through to March of next year due to his clever plan and will keep coming year on year making the cost, money well invested! Our advice is to spend as much outdoors as you do inside on soft furnishings.

We’ve been really busy recently working on several great projects. All work in progress. During all of this we have been working hard in our own garden and thought we should share our beautiful wisteria with you all as it is absolutely stunning at the moment.

Some photos of our beautiful design and planting from Beacon Hill House today. Some of you may have watched Hampton Court last week on TV where they interviewed the very talented Piet Oudolf, he was a big influence with Jons planting plan here. We are all so pleased with how it’s turned out this year with the additional side that’s been added.

UPDATE: spectacular Alliums this year (2021). They have self seeded over the last couple of years. No additional alliums have been planted since the original plan. Great value for money!

We’ve been a bit quiet on here recently, the reason being is that we’ve been working hard on couple of big projects while also continuing to keep up with our lovely regular gardens.

The first project is still work in progress as there is still so much to add. It’s been an interesting project working with composite decking but Jons design is looking just as we thought it would.

Our second large project will be released on Thursday and we can wait to show you as it has linked up to phase 1 so perfectly and is absolutely beautiful!
