Finished the last few loops on our latest project yesterday. Continal Underfloor Heating Orange MLCP spaced at 150 centres to give options for a heat pump. Meticulously set out with straight runs and lined up staples. “Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from doing something that excites you!” - Oprah. I love what I do!

Busy day yesterday helping a pal out. Fitting 9 knee operated hand wash basins at a school. This helps keep each class in their own bubble and avoid spreading Also replaced 4 non concussive taps too.

When you turn up to change a 2 port and the wiring is a complete mess. RIP it out and start again. All that cable came out and I put a single 5 core back in. The poor boiler wasn’t wired right and had never had pump over run. All fixed and back up and running properly as it should be.

Sometimes I like to strip boilers and see why they failed. The main heat exchanger had blocked due to a contaminated system. The boiler wasn’t very old. This proves the importance of using a proper tradesman and not the cheapest fool! This is exactly why we don’t fit boilers for £1200-1300 like the others. This system had never been flushed. Ideal Boilers another one for the graveyard!

The importance of regular maintenance. Landlord had neglected the tenant and hadn’t had the oil boiler serviced in a long time. Absolutely caked in soot, got it nice and clean. Back up and running again.
