This fantastic bespoke garden room gym space in Kingston, Surrey, features a 20m2 pergola with rotating slat roof and sliding glass doors on three sides. This leads to the 40m2 gym with air conditioning and underfloor heating. At the far end of the gym is a useful WC room. With electric Velux windows with rain sensors for automatic closing, this is a wonderful space to exercise in.

Stunning bespoke garden room with views of the Surrey Hills near Dorking.

Our design and build team managed the complete build of this stunning garden room with a view. The build needed extensive groundworks before any construction could start, including some major re-structuring of existing terracing. Structural engineers planned the ground-screw foundations and base frame.

The design included wide sliding doors on two sides which give a fantastic view to the South and West. A large decking area complements the construction, and a 5M x 4M pergola with rotating roof slats is installed for use all year round.

The room is built using 150mm SIP panels for great insulation which will keep it warm in winter and cool in summer.

The external finish is a silicone render which matches the existing house.

The design also includes a small shower / toilet room, a kitchenette area, and a garden storage room.

This is a great bespoke build garden room with extra height near Haslemere, Surrey.

Designed and built by our expert in-house team, this garden room is up to 3.3M high with extended glass above the bifold doors gives a very light and airy interior.

Due to the additional height planning permission was needed. Liaising on your behalf with your local planning department is an addon service we provide, as we have years of experience in this.

External wood finish is in Accoya wood which has a guarantee of 50 years!
