Office Assistant, 40 hours a week
We are looking for an organised and motivated Office Person to join our plumbing company. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, assisting with customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Schedule appointments for plumbing services and manage the calendar.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes.
- Collaborate with the plumbing team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage the company social media profiles
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office role is not required but preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Google Drive & Documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will also be involved for our other company in property management just keeping an eye on the dedicated phone and organising maintenance when needed.
