Project Complete & what a transformation!
We’ve just wrapped up a full refurbishment featuring a stunning new porch area and a complete downstairs reconfiguration, but the real showstopper of this project is the kitchen.

By opening up the layout, we created a bright, spacious heart of the home, finished with a beautifully designed kitchen that combines style, function, and craftsmanship. The space is tied together with premium flooring throughout, giving the entire ground floor a seamless flow and a warm, contemporary feel.

Project Spotlight: Transforming a Home with a Stunning Single-Story Extension

We’re thrilled to share one of our latest projects—a single-story extension combined with internal reconfiguration to create a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen / diner. This design seamlessly blends functionality with classic aesthetics, breathing new life into the heart of our client’s home.

The brief was clear: create a space that’s perfect for both everyday living and entertaining, with plenty of natural light and a strong connection to the garden. We delivered by extending the rear of the property and carefully reworking the internal layout to maximize space and flow.

The open-plan kitchen diner now features:
• Ample Natural Light: Large sliding doors connect the indoors to the outdoors, flooding the space with sunlight. Two flat glass roof lanterns bring sunlight into the Property, even on a grey day.
• Smart Layout: A reimagined floor plan ensures smooth transitions between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
• Modern Design Elements: Sleek finishes and carefully curated materials tie the space together, creating a warm, welcoming environment.
